Hey there 🙂
A few weeks ago, when I was sitting in my study polishing up the sales letter for my RMBC Method training program…
It sat at about 8,200 words…
And at that point, I still hadn’t finished the close and put in FAQs.🤔
Ultimately, the word count ended up being slightly over 10,000. 📇
It seems like a lot…😲
And I remember having this part of my brain that worried, “maybe it’s too long?”
But then, the rational part of my brain kicked in…
The part that’s sold $700MM+ worth of stuff…
And I realize that 10 K words is totally fine.
Here’s why:
It’s $997, or four payments of $397…
And while the value you get in this course is RIDICULOUS…
It’s still not the equivalent of just buying a cup of coffee.
Typically, the more expensive the product you’re selling is, the more copy you need to sell it…
And that kind of makes sense, right?
I mean, if someone just came up to you on the street and said:
“I’ve got this amazing solution to a pain point you’ve been dealing with, if you give me $1,000 I’ll share it with you”…
You’d likely tell them to f-off in a hurry.
But, if instead of that happening…
And over the course of multiple cocktails and an hour of spellbinding conversation…
The stranger took you on an incredible journey…
Where he told you his origin story…
Got vulnerable and shared the raw details of how he used to suffer from the same pain point as you do…
Recounted the remarkable, lucky moment where he stumbled onto the solution that solved his pain-point for good…
Handed you a laundry list of demonstrable proof supporting the fact that he really did find the magic bullet to this problem…
Then said that if you’re interested, he might be willing to share the solution he discovered with you as well.
And even better…
While people are actively paying him $30,000 for access to this solution…
Since you guys have been talking for over an hour now, and really likes you…
He’d be willing to basically “give it away” for just $1,000…
But, you do need to decide if you want it right now…
Because the second he gets up and leaves the bar…
The opportunity goes out the door with him.
I mean sure, you can read this and say, “I’d still think he was full of s*#t”…
But if the guy is a good enough storyteller…
A good enough copywriter…
If he had enough proof and credibility…
And if his solution really did match up perfectly with your urgent pain point…
Then you’d probably consider giving the man a thousand bucks.
It's the same thing with sales letters.
When it comes to high ticket offers…
You can’t half-ass it.
You need to take people on the full journey…
Is always “however long it takes to sell.”
I’ve written 1,200-word sales letters that have crushed it…
And 13,000-word sales letters that have crushed it.
It’s not about the word count.
It’s about what you’re saying and the way you deliver it.
Oh, and before I wrap this article up…
If you really want to smash it with a lower ticket item…
Say a $27 eBook…
Or a $37 supplement…
I’d actually recommend writing longer sales copy for that stuff too.
In other words…
If I’m selling a $27 eBook…
I pretend the price is actually $270…
Because I know that I’m going to go a LOT harder to sell something that’s $270 than I am with something that's $27.
And the harder I go…
And the more convincing I am…
The better the offer is going to convert.
Especially when, after I’ve hit the prospect with wave-after-wave of emotion, credibility, promises, and proof…
They find out that the product is just $27.
It creates an effect where the prospect almost feels like they’re stealing from you…
And honestly, that’s exactly how we want them to feel.
We want them to greedily click that Buy Now button …
Because when that happens, it means we’ve truly done our job.

P.S. I know a lot of you don’t even need to see a sales letter for The RMBC Method….
You know me, know my track record, and know how effective the system is…
And you’re ready to buy.
I totally get that…
And I’m very honored by the fact.
But, I still want a sales letter for the course…
Because I want to take this offer to cold traffic, too.
To people who may hear me talking about my track records, and my system, and think I’m full of hot air at first.
I want to convince those strangers to sit down at the bar with me…
Pour themselves a nice stiff drink…
And follow me on a spellbinding journey…
Where, at the very end…
Handing over $1,000 of their hard-earned cash is the only logical decision they can make.
It’ll be a bit of a challenge, because of the price point…
But I’m hoping my sales letter accomplishes this effect.
And I’m dead certain that the training you get inside The RMBC Method will change your life forever.
It really is just so damn comprehensive, and so damn good…
That I feel a duty to get it into the hands of as many folks as humanly possible.
